I love coming to GNO for so many reasons!

I love coming to GNO for so many reasons! Everyone is so friendly and Steph and Kristin always go out of their way to learn everyone's name and to make everyone feel welcome and included. They are genuinely happy to see you and glad you came to every class!

New music and routines are regularly introduced and favorites are always in the play list. Kristin and Steph are always looking for new styles and formats to offer members to keep things fresh and interesting.

The best part?? No matter how bad your day is, after a few songs you forget about all that, start to let loose and just ENJOY THE PARTY!
