Bonnie is a certified SHiNE Dance Fitness™ Instructor and joined the GNO Fitness™ team in May 2022. Bonnie started SHiNE Dance Fitness classes when she attended GNO in September 2021. Amanda Litel certified as a SHiNE Dance Fitness™ Instructor in September 2021 and joined the GNO Fitness™ team to teach her first class in early October 2021. Amanda has enjoyed doing dance fitness for the past 11 years and was a natural fit for the GNO welcoming atmosphere. She also teaches our special mom/daughter classes once a month for ages 12-18. Jessica Seim is a certified SHiNE Dance Fitness™ Instructor and joined the GNO Fitness™ team in August 2021. Jessica has been doing dance fitness for the past 15 years (9 as an instructor) and is our studio 'early bird' -- the first ever to teach our 5:30am class! She also teaches our monthly mom/daughter GNO JV class for ages 8-11. She's currently working on her UPLIFT certification from SHiNE Dance Fitness too! Kristi Smith certified as a SHiNE Dance Fitness™ Instructor in December 2022 and joined the GNO Fitness™ team teaching her first class in early February 2023. Kristi put away her instructor microphone about 10 years ago, but when she came to GNO and started dancing with us, she knew it was time to get back to bringing the joy of dance to others!
