FAQs
How do I sign up for a TRIAL class?
CLICK HERE to buy your reduced rate trial pass for $10. Fill in the information requested, sign your digital liability waiver, and then pick a class that works for you. There are multiple class times per week available at our Elkhorn location.
What should I wear for class?
We encourage you to wear what you would normally feel comfortable wearing for cardio exercise. Most of our customers wear tank tops & sports bras, t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, and shorts. Please bring your athletic shoes with you and change into them once you enter the studio. Not wearing your normal everyday street shoes helps us to keep our dance floor clean and free of debris that could be a problem when dancing.
What should I expect when I come to the studio?
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. Our studios have low lighting, club lighting, and mirrors. When you come in, our instructors will greet you, introduce themselves, and introduce you to other dancers that arrive. They'll also answer any questions you have, tell you a little bit about our studios, and help you check in for the class. Find your spot on the dance floor and get ready for a lot of fun!
Do I need to have dance experience?
Experience is not required! Everyone at GNO was a beginner when they walked through the door --
including your instructors. It takes time to learn something new, so we just encourage you to keep
moving. GNO Fitness® is the first in the Omaha area to offer SHiNE Dance Fitness™, UPLIFT Strength Fitness™, and THROW DOWN™ by FLY Dance Fitness® -- so we think it's great to be a beginner!
How do I return for class again?
There are several options available when you're ready to join us. We offer single classes, 5 class passes, and unlimited memberships. You can purchase through our website (click here) or through our member app available on iTunes and Google Play.
