How do I sign up for a FREE class?
CLICK HERE to get your free pass. Fill in the information requested, sign your digital liability waiver, and then pick a class that works for you. We have 29 class times (30/45/55 min options) per week available at our Elkhorn location, and 3 class times (55 min only) per week available at STARS Dance Academy.
What should I wear for class?
We encourage you to wear what you would normally feel comfortable wearing for cardio exercise. Most of our customers wear tank tops & sports bras, t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, and shorts. Please bring your athletic shoes with you and change into them once you enter the studio. Not wearing your normal everyday street shoes helps us to keep our dance floor clean and free of debris that could be a problem when dancing.
What should I expect when I come to the studio?
Do I need to have dance experience?
Experience is not required! Everyone at GNO was a beginner when they walked through the door --
including your instructors. It takes time to learn something new, so we just encourage you to keep
moving. GNO Fitness® is the first in the Omaha area to offer SHiNE Dance Fitness™, so we think it's
great to be a beginner!
How do I return for class again?
There are several options available when you're ready to join us. We offer
single classes, 5 class passes, limited and unlimited memberships. You can purchase through our website (click here) or through our member app available on iTunes and Google Play.

When reserving a class how do I know the location?
On our weekly schedule, released each Sunday night, all classes in white squares will be held at the
original Elkhorn GNO Fitness location. All classes in the pink squares are held at STARS Dance Academy.
Currently, classes listed at 9:00am are currently at STARS only -- (9:15am & 9:45am are at GNO Elkhorn.) When using the member app, classes located at STARS say: "SHiNE™ (55 mins) @ STARS". Reviewing all info before you hit the reserve button will also help you confirm the class location.
Who do I contact with questions about classes at STARS?
All questions about GNO Fitness® classes at Elkhorn or STARS Dance Academy should be directed to Kristin and Stephanie (contact information below), or through GNO social media. Please do not call or message STARS Dance Academy to ask about GNO classes -- as you will be directed to contact us.
